INARCHI`s principal is a young Dominican architect who moved to the United States 9 years ago with a dream of working around the skyscraper in NYC, with many goals to reach. He have achieved almost all his goals, he have been working in NYC for the last 8 year in many areas of the architectural industry, Mr. Moreno believe in loving what you do, his love for model architecture, 3D modeling, technology is the reason he choose this career and the reason why he can be success in live .
Furthermore, Mr. Moreno enjoy a challenge, and continually stay abreast of the latest advancements in BIM. He is a powerful Revit user, the last 15 years he works on Revit as a specialist in this great software, AutoCAD also but Revit is his principal software and because of that he can provide high quality 3D Models, renders and animation while the construction drawings set for the DOB, are being done automatically. Mr. Moreno is able to develop a project from cero till the end.
His expertise includes strong hands-on technical skills in areas like AS BUILD and HVAC mechanical shop drawings.
Mr. Moreno have been working on his own project in The Dominican Republic, a complex of three villas named “INFINITY VIEW VILLAS” which are in the final step of its construction where Mr. Moreno is the owner, the architect, the contractor, running the engineer roles since excavation till finishing in tiles, lighting, bathrooms and kitchens etc.
In addition to Mr. Moreno skills he did his bachelor degree equivalence, have reported more than 1,288 of 3,740 hours that NCARD (national of architectural registration boards) required to become a registered architect. Construction administration is one of his goals as architect, Mr. Moreno have experience on site visit / field measurements, existing condition and job examination with project examiner making objections responses for final projects approvals.
Mr. Moreno always make new solutions in his projects, it is true that the problems pop-up in every project but Mr. Moreno have a phrase: "never meet your clients for a problem without the solution already in your hands".
